Auction item: BREATH Vessel (IMO 9199995), TITÁN TERCERO Vessel (IMO 7212339) and MAID OF ORLEANS Boat

Burdens: In application of article 484 of Law 14/2014 of July 24 on Maritime Navigation, "As a consequence of the forced sale of the ship, all recorded mortgages and encumbrances, except those in which the buyer has been subrogated with the consent of the creditors, as well as all the privileges and other burdens of any kind that may fall on the ship, shall be rendered null and void and, where appropriate, their cancellation shall be ordered".

Provisional guarantee: 10% of the price of the first auction, established under any of the forms accepted in the auction’s Solicitation Document.

Display of auctioned asset: the boats can be viewed up to the date on which the auction opens for bidding, as established in the Solicitation Document.

Deadline for submitting tenders: Until 2 pm of 18 June 2019
